MEET THE COACH
Hey, I'm David Garcia!
My journey with technology began at the age of 12, when I first encountered the magic of computers. From those early days of green-screen monitors and clunky processors, I was hooked. As my passion grew, I pursued vocational training in Computer Application Development, diving into the tech world headfirst.
My career took off as a technician and developer, evolving through various tech roles, and even taking me to the vibrant tech scene of the UK. After years of incredible growth and overcoming challenges, I returned to Barcelona, where I embraced a pivotal role as a Software Engineering Manager.
Inspired by my experiences, I ventured into coaching, blending my managerial role with a passion for personal development.
Today, I lead with a coaching mindset, crafting courses to help fellow engineers navigate their careers with confidence.
I'm a father with two kids, boy and a girl, living in Barcelona Spain. I love doing some sports, like running, playing, gym or football, now with my kids.
